Just an update on our progress at Augusta Hills & Eventyr Heights in Ledgeview.

After a lengthy battle with Mother Nature last year, roads were finished in December! Our first 3 builds began in late-January with framing started this week. Yay!

We just wanted to share some exciting progress updates for Augusta Hills & Eventyr Heights!

The roads are officially cut in in Augusta Hills with Eventyr Heights road construction soon to follow. Not long and you will be able to walk down Bobby Jones Drive, Amen Corner & Arnie’s Court.

Sewer and water are also in full swing! Construction crews began before Memorial day weekend, starting on Scray Hill Road. With Mother Nature’s cooperation, completion is projected by July.

We are excited… 1st basements will be going in early to mid-July!
